- AI Integration: With 92% accuracy, insights AI can now answer over 2,000 questions and provide in-depth analysis on contract utilization, freight spending, etc.
- Design Partner Program: Uber Freight is co-creating new solutions and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency as they collaborate with 40 shipping partners
- Procurement Platform Expansion: The Exchange platform now integrates both contract freight markets and spot freight markets, simplifying the procurement process for shippers.
