While outward-facing cameras are widely accepted, NAPA Transportation sees that the implementation of driver-facing cameras may impact driver recruitment and retention, particularly among veteran drivers. Despite challenges, with growing acceptance expected as newer drivers enter the industry, supporters argue that inward-facing cameras provide crucial data for safety and claim defense.
