With around 60 vessels waiting to dock, it’s estimated that normal operations may take up to three weeks to recover.

The ERICA Academic Information Center in Hanyang University has opened the Roh Sang-il HOLMZ, a remodeled reading room on the fourth floor of the center, with a donation from alumnus Roh Sang-il (Sean Roh, CEO of NGL Trnansportation). The aim is to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for students to explore unknown knowledge while feeling at home. The Roh Sang-il HOLMZ comprises three sections – the Lounge, Studio, and Concentrated Reading Room – and can seat up to 95 students, with 17 seats available for self-seating. The facility offers a café-like atmosphere, group study rooms, and a study room for focused academic immersion.

Hanyang University signed a business agreement with NGL Transportation on August 15th, 2022. It includes a $1 million research contract for the development of the next-generation logistics system, as well as the cultivation of talent, the opening of collaborative courses, and practical training opportunities for Hanyang University students at NGL Transportation.

In collaboration with TOTAL FLEET SERVICE, NGL Transportation opened a gas station at its Pheonix headquarters. Due to the company’s gas station, drivers can get quality gas immediately at a lower price and spend less time on the road.

With the signing of a MOU, NGL Transportation and Hanyang University intend to develop a one-stop logistics platform that integrates end-to-end First Mile operations, including the AI-enabled platform that integrates port, logistics, yard, warehouse, and autonomous mobility. As a result of this project, NGL Transportation will be able to reduce costs and ensure quality service on an increased volume.

NGL Transportation and Global e-Energy Solutions Inc. have signed an MOU to establish the battery logistics ecosystem. Global EV battery sales are expected to increase by 30% by 2030 and recycling the EV battery is becoming an increasingly important area. Collaboration between the two companies will expand the electric vehicle supply chain ecosystem, including recycling EV batteries for the environment.

KOTRA has held the “2021 College Student FTA Utilization Academic Conference” on November 20th to celebrate the award ceremony and promote the global job fair. This year was the 4th symposium. Thus, the related professional professors and the recruited academic thesis among college students have participated in the FTA university course supportive project.

In addition to the thesis competitions and awards ceremonies, a job briefing session was also held inviting personnel officials from global foreign investment companies, including Nike international Company of sports fashion industry and the industry of logistic distribution company, NGL Korea.

NGL Korea has received a lot of attention from college students by explaining the status of the U.S. logistics market structure, introducing NGL Transportation Company, sharing the company’s visions and missions. It was a real opportunity to advance the awareness of NGL Transportation as one of the growing companies in logistics to Korea.

By and large, marking its 4 th anniversary this year, KOTRA, the academic conference, recruited papers focusing on linking universities and industries with FTA utilization by selecting topics for policy suggestions to help exporters investigate global markets and expand FTAs.

We had a great meeting to mark the 4th anniversary of the NGL Transportation Houston Terminal!

All employees drivers and their families came together to share meals and prizes to express their gratitude for their growth. Houston started with two trucks in 2018 and is now growing with more than 20 trucks and 5 million a year, and expects to double next year.

It’s a reliable and family-like driver and operation team. We’re all proud of our growth over the past four years, but at the same time, our drivers, families, friends, and new teammates are always with us on our journeys, encouraging us all along the way.
